REGULATION No 46/64/EEC OF THE COUNCIL of 30 April 1964

supplementing Council Regulations Nos 19, 20, 21 , 22 and 23 by introducing a reference to the objectives to be attained

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITY, Sole Article Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article' 43 1 . An Article 28a shall be inserted in Regulation No. thereof ; 192 on the progressive establishment of a common organisation of the market in cereals as follows : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; 'This Regulation shall be so applied that appro ­ Having regard to the Opinion of the European priate account is taken at the same time , of the Parliament1 ; objectives set out in Articles 39 and 110 of the Treaty.'
