Opinion of the Advocate General

Mr Advocate General Mischo delivered his Opinion on 15 June 1989. He proposed that the two applications be dismissed as inadmissible or, in the alternative, as unfounded and that Article 70 of the Rules of Procedure should be applied with regard to costs.
