2 With the Parliament and Commission the post is described as such, whereas with the Council and the Court a is described as the grade, when seems to me more accurate tor reasons which I shall mention later t shall theretore from now on tolion tne terminology of the Councii and the Court.

3 This is the way in which the Commission interprets the appraisal in the list appended to the budget in its detailed lists ot' posu submitted during the oral procedure in which the applicant's post is marked in the budget as an A 5/A 4 post.
