Mr Advocate General Lenz delivered his Opinion on 13 November 1990 . (*)

He concluded by proposing that the Court should reply to the reference from the Cour d' appel, Paris in the same terms as paragraph 1 of the operative part of the judgment in Case 402/85 . ( 1 )
