Artikel XVI

2. Behöriga myndigheter i de båda länderna skall granska bestämmelserna för genomförandet av detta avtal för att lösa problem som kan uppstå vid dess tillämpning. De skall, om det är nödvändigt, rekommendera ändringar i syfte att utveckla film- och videosamarbetet i båda ländernas intresse.
3. En gemensam kommitté tillsätts för att övervaka genomförandet av detta avtal. Den gemensamma kommittén skall pröva om denna allmänna balans har uppnåtts och, om så inte är fallet, bestämma vilka åtgärder som bedöms nödvändiga för att åstadkomma en sådan balans. Ett möte med den gemensamma kommittén skall i princip äga rum en gång vart tredje år och kommittén skall sammanträda växelvis i de två länderna.
