Nr 39 Protokoll 2 om interterritoriellt samarbete till europeiska ramkonventionen den 21 maj 1980 om samarbete över riksgränser mellan lokala och regionala samhällsorgan (SÖ 1981: 23) Strasbourg den 5 maj 1998

Regeringen beslutade den 29 april 1998 att underteckna och ratificera protokollet. I samband med undertecknandet och ratifikationen den 5 maj 1998 avgav Sverige, under åberopande av artikel 6 i protokollet, förklaring att man i enlighet med artikel 4 i protokollet hade för avsikt att endast tillämpa protokollets artikel 4.

Protokollet har inte trätt i kraft.
