Nr 45 Konventionen om Republiken Tjeckiens, Republiken Estlands, Republiken Cyperns, Republiken Lettlands, Republiken Litauens, Republiken Ungerns, Republiken Maltas, Republiken Polens, Republiken Sloveniens och Republiken Slovakiens anslutning till konventionen om tillämplig lag för avtalsförpliktelser, öppnad för undertecknande i Rom den 19 juni 1980, samt till det första och det andra protokollet angående Europeiska gemenskapernas domstols tolkning av den konventionen Luxemburg den 14 april 2005
Regeringen beslutade den 7 april 2005 att underteckna konventionen. Den 15 december 2005 beslutade regeringen att ratificera konventionen och den 13 februari 2006 deponerades ratifikationsinstrumentet hos Europeiska unionens råds generalsekreterare. Riksdagsbehandling: Prop. 2005/06:14, bet. 2005/06:LU8, rskr. 2005/06:76, SFS 2005:1257. Konventionen har inte trätt i kraft, med är enligt sina slutbestämmelser i kraft mellan de medlemsstater som har ratificerat den. För Sverige trädde konventionen i kraft den 1 maj 2006.
