Europarådets medlemsstater, signatärer av detta tilläggsprotokoll, som anser det ange­ läget att förlänga giltighetstiden för den eu­ ropeiska överenskommelsen om skydd för televisionssändningar och för protokollet till överenskommelsen till förmån för de stater som ännu ej är parter i den internationella konventionen om skydd för utövande konst­ närer, framställare av fonogram och radio­ företag, vilken undertecknades i Rom den 26 oktober 1961,2 har överenskommit om följande :
