Introduction 1.0 Le présent protocole d ’entente a été conclu aux termes de 1’article 4 de 1’Accord du 3 février 1975 entre le Gouvernement du Royaume de Suéde, ci-aprés dénommé la Suéde, et le Gouvernement du Canada, ci-aprés dénommé le Canada.

1.1 Les autorités compétentes de chaque pays sont chargées de réaliser les objectifs dudit Accord du 3 février 1975, y compris 1’élaboration des recommandations relatives aux politiques connexes, la mise en oeuvre de 1’échange de renseignements, données techniques et matériel, ainsi que 1’établissement de modalités qui faciliteront la re­ cherche, le développement et la production de défense entre la Suéde et le Canada. Les autorités compétentes travailleront en étroite collaboration avec leurs organismes de défense concernés.
