Undertecknad av Sverige den 8 juni 1976. Regeringen beslöt den 1 september 1977 att ratificera konventionen. Ratifikationsinstrumentet deponerades i Strasbourg den 7 december 1977. Konventionen träder i kraft den 10 september 1978.

e. underrättelse enligt punkt 3 i artikel 9;

f. meddelande enligt artikel 12;

g. förklaring enligt punkterna 2 och 3 i artikel 16;

Som skedde i Strasbourg den 10 mars 1976 på engelska och franska, vilka båda texter äger lika vitsord, i ett enda exemplar, vilket skall förvaras i Europarådets arkiv. Europarådets generalsekreterare skall över­ sända bestyrkt avskrift därav till varje signatärstat.
