Regeringen beslöt ratificera överenskom m elsen den 13 april 1978. R atifikationsinstrum entet deponerades hos generaldirektören för V ärldsorganisationen för intellektuell äganderätt (W1PO) den 5 juni 1980. Ö verenskom m elsen har ännu ej trä tt i kraft.
