Strasbourg den 28 juni 1978

R egeringen beslöt den 17 d ecem ber 1981 att konventionen skulle under tecknas och ratificeras. K onventionen u ndertecknades den 12 januari 1982 och ratifikationsin stru m e n tet d eponerades i S trasbourg den 26 m ars 1982. Vid depositionen avgavs följande förklaringar och förbehåll: 1. Sverige avser, tro ts sitt förbehåll beträffande kapitel III i konven tionen, a tt uppfylla de väsentliga kraven i d etta kapitel. 2. I enlighet med artikel 9, punkt 3, i konventionen kom m er de m edde landen som avses i artikeln att sändas till R ikspolisstyrelsen. Sverige gjorde i enlighet med artikel 15, punkt 1, följande förbehåll: 1. a tt inte tilläm pa K apitel II i konventionen på de förem ål som anges i punkt 1, i)—n) eller i p u nkterna 3, 4 och 6 i bilaga I till konventionen. 2. att inte tilläm pa K apitel II i konventionen på de förem ål som anges i p u n k tern a 2 och 5 i bilaga I i den utsträckning de utgör del av eller avses v ara avpassade till något av de förem ål som anges i punkt 1), i)—n) i bilaga I till konventionen. 3. att inte tilläm pa K apitel III i konventionen.

A rtikel 5 1.
