Oslo den 2 mars 1983

Regeringen beslöt den 24 mars 1983 att underteckna och ratificera änd ringsprotokollet. Ratifikationsinstrumentet deponerades i Oslo den 6 april 1983. Ändringsprotokollet har ännu ej trätt i kraft.
