Genéve den 25 juni 1985

Regeringen beslöt den 29 maj 1986 att ratificera konventionen. Ratifika­ tionsinstrum entet deponerades den 30 juni 1986 hos Internationella arbetsbyråns generaldirektör i G enéve. 1 sam band med deponeringen angavs, med hänvisning till artikel 16 punkten 2 i konventionen, att skyldigheterna i fråga om artiklarna 7 - 1 0 och 1 2 -1 5 godtas sam t avgavs en förklaring att godkännandet av artikel 9 ä r avhängit av den tolkning som redovisas i prop. 1985/86:141.
