Till bekräftelse härav har undertecknade företrädare, därtill vederbörligen befullmäktigade, undertecknat detta tilläggsprotokoll.

Upprättat i Paris den 1 juli 1980 på engels­ ka och franska språken, vilka båda versioner är lika giltiga, i ett enda original som skall deponeras i den franska regeringens arkiv, och denna skall sända bestyrkta kopior till var och en av regeringarna och till organet.
