Paris den 12 december 1969

Regeringen beslöt den 18 maj 1989 att utan förbehåll för ratifikation underteckna överenskommelsen. Den 27 juni 1989 undertecknades över­ enskommelsen med bindande verkan. Överenskommelsen trädde i kraft den 2 oktober 1971, samt för Sverige den 28 juli 1989.
