Regeringen beslutade den 23 ja n u a ri 1992 a tt underteckna och ratificera ändringsprotokollet. R a tifikationsinstrum entet deponerades hos E uropa­ rådets generalsekreterare i S trasbourg den 6 februari 1992. Ä ndringsprotokollet har inte trä tt i kraft.
