Belgrad den 15 december 2023

Regeringen beslutade den 23 mars 2023 att ingå avtalet. Avtalet trädde i kraft den 26 april 2025 efter notväxling. Den på serbiska avfattade texten finns tillgänglig på Utrikesdepartementets enhet för folkrätt och mänskliga rättigheter.
