Riga den 22 oktober 2015

Regeringen beslutade den 15 oktober 2015 att underteckna tilläggsprotokollet. Den 22 oktober 2015 undertecknade Sverige tilläggsprotokollet. Regeringen beslutade den 20 juni 2018 att tilläggsprotokollet skulle ratificeras. Den 7 september 2018 deponerades ratifikationsinstrumentet hos Europarådets generalsekreterare. Tilläggsprotokollet trädde i kraft den 1 juli 2017 och för Sverige den 1 janua ri 2019. Den på franska avfattade texten finns tillgänglig hos Utrikesdepartementets enhet för folkrätt och mänskliga rättigheter.
