amending Regulation No 1009/67/EEC on the common organization of the market in

sugar

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, guaranteed; whereas consequently it is necessary to lay down appropriate provisions and to supplement the Article in question accordingly; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : .
