REGULATION (EEC) No 2523/72 OF THE COMMISSION

of 30 November 1972

amending the period of validity of export licences and the closing date for the submission of tenders specified in Regulation (EEC) No 1897/72 on a standing invitation to tender to determine the export refund for white sugar

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: MUNITIES,

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; The following shall be added to Article 4 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1897/72: Having regard to Council Regulation No '(c) on Wednesday 25 April and 9 May 1973 1009/67/EEC1 of 18 December 1967 on the respectively shall end on Tuesday common organisation of the market in sugar, 24 April and 8 May 1973 at 10.00 a.m.' as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2429/72,2 and in particular Article 17 (4) thereof; Article 2
