REGULATION ( EEC) No 3256/ 74 OF THE COUNCIL of 19 December 1974 extending and amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2829/72 regarding the Commu­ nity quota for the carriage of goods by road between Member States

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation ( EEC) No 2829 / 72 shall be amended as Economic Community, and in particular Article 75 shown below . thereof ; 1 . The following shall be substituted for Article 9 : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; 'This Regulation shall apply until 31 December 1975 .' Having regard to the Opinion of the European Parlia­ ment ; 2 . The following shall be substituted for Article 3 : ' For 1975 the Community quota shall consist of Having regard to the Opinion of the Economic and 2 363 authorizations .' Social Committee ; 3 .
