REGULATION ( EEC) No 324/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 10 February 1975 re-introducing Common Customs Tariff duties on cotton yarn , put up for retail sale , falling within heading No 55.06 , originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3050/74 of 2 December 1974 apply

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN duties on the products in question should be re-intro­ COMMUNITIES , duced in respect of Yugoslavia , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3050 /74 (') of 2 December 1974 opening tariff prefer­ Article / ences for certain textile products originating in Yugoslavia, and in particular Article 4 (2) thereof ; With effect from 14 February 1975 the Common Customs Tariff duties suspended in pursuance of Whereas, under Article 1 ( 1 ) of the said Regulation , Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3050 / 74 of 2 December the Common Customs Tariff duties are suspended on 1974 shall be re-introduced in respect of imports into the products listed in the Annex to that Regulation up the Community of the following products, originating to the volume of the Community ceiling fixed in the in Yugoslavia : said Annex ; whereas, under Article 2 of that same Regulation , the Common Customs Tariff duties may CCT be re-introduced at any time once the abovemen­ heading Description of goods tioned Community ceiling has been reached ; No

Whereas the ceiling for cotton yarn , put up for retail 55.06 • Cotton yarn , put up for retail sale sale, is 3-70 metric tons ; whereas on 4 February 1975 on imports into the Community of the said products originating in Yugoslavia reached the abovementioned Article 2 ceiling ; Whereas, therefore, taking into account the purpose of This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day the said Regulation ( EEC) No 3050 /74 which is that following its publication in the Official Journal of the ceiling be observed , the Common Customs Tariff the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
