amending Regulation No 120/67/EEC on the common organization of the market in cereals

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , experience, the granting of this refund does not seem necessary in all circumstances ; whereas, consequently, the principle of a discretionary refund should replace that of a compulsory refund ; whereas Having regard to the Treaty establishing the it no longer appears necessary to grant a refund European Economic Community, and in particular for the production of maize groats and meal for use Article 43 thereof; by the brewing industry in the manufacture of beer,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Opinion of the European Parliament; Article 1

Having regard to the Opinion of the Economic and Article 3 of Regulation No 120/67/EEC shall be Social Committee ; replaced by the following :

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal (c) for maize groats and meal (gritz) used in the of the European Communities.
