COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1408 / 76 of 18 June 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1109/71 on detailed rules for determining the entry price for certain fishery products

Whereas, to enable the entry prices to be fixed for such products, the said Regulation specified the Article 2 import markets or ports of import where quotations are recorded ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day Whereas the present list of import markets and ports following its publication in the Official Journal of of import is no longer sufficient to enable entry prices the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
