COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2576/ 76 of 22 October 1976 amending Regulations ( EEC) No 2036/74 , ( EEC) No 2073/74 and ( EEC) No 2320/74 as regards the selling prices for certain beef held by the intervention agencies and bringing forward the qualifying date for the sale of certain meat

Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2036/ 74 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 31 July 1974 (3 ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 898 /76 (4 ), fixed prices for the sale at reduced prices to certain institutions and bodies of a social character of hindquarters of adult bovine Article 1 animals held by the intervention agencies ; 1 . The Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 2036/74 is Whereas certain selling prices for beef held by the hereby replaced by Annex I to this Regulation . intervention agencies were fixed by Commission Regu lation ( EEC) No 2073/74 of 5 August 1974 2 . The Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 2073 / 74 is concerning the sale at prices fixed in advance at a hereby replaced by Annex II to this Regulation . standard rate of beef and veal held by the intervention agencies (5), and by Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2320 /74 of 10 September 1974 on the sale at prices 3 . The Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 2320 /74 is fixed at a standard rate in advance of beef and veal hereby replaced by Annex III to this Regulation . held by the intervention agencies and intended for export (6), both as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2321 / 76 ( 7 ); Article 2
