COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 587 /77 of 22 March 1977 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2793/76 on detailed arrangements for the disposal on the Italian market of frozen beef made available to the Italian inter vention agency under Regulation (EEC) No 2453/76

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, following the amendment of Article 1 o COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 2453/76, Article 1 of Regulatior ( EEC) No 2793/76 ( 7) must be adapted and the date 31 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European March 1977 replaced by 30 June 1977 ; Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulatior Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization ment Committee for Beef and Veal, of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Arti cles 7 (3) and 25 thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 729/70 of 21 April 1970 on the financing of the Article 1 common agricultural policy (3), as last amended by In Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 2793/76 th< Regulation (EEC) No 2788 /72 (4), date '31 March 1977' is replaced by '30 June 1977' Havihg regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2453/76 of 5 October 1976 on the transfer to the Article 2 Italian intervention agency of frozen beef held by the intervention agencies of other Member States (5), as This Regulation shall enter into force on the third da^ amended by Regulation (EEC) No 31 4/77 (6), and in following its publication in the Official Journal o particular Article 1 (2) thereof, the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
