COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 689/ 78 of 6 April 1978 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 1307 /77 as regards the time limit fixed for the lodging of applications for premiums

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1078 / 77 of 17 May 1977 introducing a system of Article 1 premiums for the non-marketing of milk and milk products and for the conversion of dairy herds ('), as In the first paragraph of Article 1 of Regulation ( EEC) amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 506 /78 (2 ), and in No 1307/ 77 , the words ' between 1 July 1977 and 31 particular Article 9 thereof, March 1978 ' are hereby amended to read 'between 1 July 1977 and the end of the 1977 / 78 milk year'. Whereas the application of Regulation ( EEC) No 1078 / 77, in its current version , is extended until the Article 2 end of the 1977 / 78 milk year ; whereas , consequently , Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1307/77 of 15 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its June 1977 laying down rules for the application of the publication in the Official Journal of the European system of premiums for the non-marketing of milk Communities. and milk products and the conversion of dairy herds (3 ) should be amended ; It shall apply with effect from 1 April 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
