amending Regulations (EEC) No 1634/77 and ( EEC) No 1790/77 on standing invi tations to tender in order to determine export refunds for sugar
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community,
Article 3 (3) of Regulations ( EEC) No 1634/77 and Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No ( EEC) No 1790 / 77 shall be amended to read as 3330/74 of 19 December 1974 on the common organi follows : zation of the market in sugar (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 396/78 (2), and in particular Article 19 (4) thereof, *3 . By way of derogation from paragraph 2 (b) the period for submitting tenders which was to end on :
Whereas partial invitations to tender are issued for (a) Wednesday 25 April 1979 shall end on exports of white sugar and raw beet sugar by virtue of Tuesday, 24 April 1979 at 10 a.m .; Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 1634/77 of 19 July 1977 on a standing invitation to tender in order to (b) Wednesday, 9 May 1979 shall end on Tuesday, determine export refunds for white sugar (3), as last 8 May 1979 at 10 a.m .' amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 643/78 (4), and Regulation (EEC) No 1790/77 of 2 August 1977 on a standing invitation to tender in order to determine export refunds for raw beet sugar (5), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2093/78 (6) ; Article 2

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Article 3 are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Sugar,

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
