COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 295 / 79 of 14 February 1979 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2036/74 fixing prices for the sale at reduced prices to certain institutions and bodies of a social character of hindquarters of adult bovine animals held by the intervention agencies
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1
Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2036/74 is 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, Article 2 Whereas the selling prices for beef and veal held by the intervention agencies were fixed by Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2036/74 ( 3 ), as last amended by The intervention agencies shall give priority to sales Regulation ( EEC) No 358 / 78 (4) ; of meat which have been in store longest.
Whereas certain intervention agencies no longer hold They may in no case sell meat which they have certain categories of meat ; whereas under these received after 31 December 1978 . circumstances the list of products offered for sale should be amended ;
