COUNCIL DECISION

of 21 December 1987

concerning the conclusion of an Additional Protocol to the Cooperation Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia establishing new trade arrangements

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , trade arrangements , the Annexes thereto and the Final Act , which are an integral part thereof, are hereby approved on behalf of the Community . Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community , and in particular Article 238 The texts of the Protocol , the Annexes and the Final Act thereof, are attached to this Decision .

Having regard to the recommendation from the Commission , Article 2

Having regard to the assent from the European The President of the Council shall give the notification Parliament ( J ), provided for in Article 8 of the Protocol ( 3 ).

Whereas the Additional Protocol to the Cooperation Article 3 Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia ( 2 ) signed in Belgrade on 2 April 1980 should be approved , This Decision shall take effect on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities .
