COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 404/89 of 17 February 1989 fixing the premiums to be added to die import levies on rice and broken rice
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, are to be added to the levies, should be altered to the amounts shown in the Annex hereto, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, Article 1 1 .
