COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC ) No 545 / 92

of 3 February 1992

concerning the arrangements applicable to the import into the Community of products originating in the Republics of Croatia and Slovenia and the Yugoslav Republics of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , establishing the European Economic Community and in Annex A to this Regulation , originating in the Republics of Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Croatia and Slovenia and the Yugoslav Republics of Economic Community , and in particular Article 113 Bosnia-Herzegovina , Macedonia and Montenegro , shall thereof, be admitted for import into the Community without quantitative restrictions or measures having equivalent effect Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , and exempt from customs duties and charges having equivalent effect . Whereas , by Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 3300 / 91 ( J ) the Council suspended the trade concessions provided for by the This Article shall be without prejudice to the provisions of Cooperation Agreement between the European Economic Council Regulation ( EEG ) No 3301 / 91 of 11 November Community and the Socialist Federal Republic of 1991 concerning import arrangements for certain textile Yugoslavia ; products originating in Yugoslavia ( 3 ). Whereas the Community and its Member States, meeting within the framework of European political cooperation , Article 2 have decided by common accord to apply selective positive measures in favour of those Parties which contribute to progress towards peace ; The import duties , namely the customs duties and the levies ( mobile elements ) applicable on import into the Community Whereas , by Council Regulation ( EEC ) 3567 / 91 ( 2 ) the to the products listed in Annex B shall be those indicated for Council granted the Republics of Croatia and Slovenia and each product in the sa:id Annex . the Yugoslav Republics of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia the benefit of trade provisions which are equivalent in essence to those of the Cooperation Agreement Article 3 suspended by the Community ; 1 . Article 1 1 . 2 . In the case of products for which annual tariff quotas annual tariff quota of 545 000 hi .
