COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1591/92 of 22 June 1992 introducing a countervailing charge on cherries originating in Bulgaria
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, by Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 O, the prices to be taken into consideration must be recorded on the repre sentative markets or, in certain circumstances, on other markets ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas, for cherries originating in Bulgaria the entry price calculated in this way has remained at least ECU 0,6 Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and below the reference price for two consecutive market Portugal, days ; whereas a countervailing charge should therefore be introduced for these cherries ;

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 956/92 of 15 April 1992 fixing for the 1992 marketing year the reference prices for cherries (3) fixed the reference price for products of class I at ECU 125,70 per 100 kilograms HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : net for the month of June 1992 ;
