1 The parties arc referring to the Commission Decision of 25 July 1974 on the exercise of the powers conferred by the Staff Regulations of Officials on the appointing authority and the authority responsible for concluding contracts of employment in respect of other servants (Informations Administratives [Administrative Notices] No 10 of 4 November 1974) as well as to the Decision of 5 October 1977 on the same subject (Staff Courier of 17 November 1977).
