2 These entitlements were acquired: (i) by the applicant in Case 75/88 during 14 years of employment as an employee at a nuclear installation; (ii) by the applicant in Case 146/88 during six years of employment in a private undertaking and two years as a local official; (iii) by the applicant in Case 147/88 during 10 years of employment in a private undertaking ano 10 years as a local official and employee at a nuclear installation.
