REGULATION (EEC) No 1984/70 OF THE COUNCIL of 29 September 1970 including further products in the list given in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas these products should therefore be entered in that list; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 thereof ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1025/701 of 25 May 1970 establishing common rules Article 1 for imports from third countries, and in particular Article 2 thereof; The products listed in the Annex to this Regulation shall be included in the list given in Annex I to Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70. Whereas certain products not yet included in the list given in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025 /70 Article 2 have been liberalised by the Member States ; Whereas their inclusion in the above-mentioned list is This Regulation shall enter into force on the third not liable to create a situation where the application day following its publication in the Official Journal of protective measures would be justified ; of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
