REGULATION (EEC) No 1080/71 OF THE COUNCIL of 25 May 1971 including further products in the list given in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 establishing common rules for imports from third countries

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas these products should therefore be entered in that list; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 1 of 25 May 1970 establishing common rules Article 1 for imports from third countries, and in particular * Article 2 thereof; The products listed in the Annex to this Regulation Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; shall be . included in the list given in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70. Whereas certain products not yet included in the list given in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 Article 2 have been liberalised by the Member States ;

Whereas their inclusion in the above-mentioned list This Regulation shall enter into force on the third is not liable to create a situation where the day following its publication in the Official Journal application of protective measures would be justified; of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
