REGULATION (EEC) No 1429/71 OF THE COUNCIL of 2 July 1971 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 establishing common rules for imports from third countries
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Article 1 European Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No For the list given in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) 1025 /701 of 25 May 1970 establishing common rules No 1025/70 there shall be substituted the list given in for imports from third countries, and in particular the Annex to this Regulation. . Article 2 thereof; Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; Article 2 Whereas the list of countries given in Annex II to This Regulation shall enter into force on the third Regulation (EEC) No 1025 /70 must be brought up to day following its publication in the Official Journal date ; of the European Communities .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
