COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 191 /77 of 28 January 1977 amending Regulations (EEC) No 2036/74, (EEC) No 2073/74 and (EEC) No 2320/74 as regards the selling prices for certain beef held by intervention agen cies and bringing forward the qualifying date for the sale of certain meat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN sale of meat bought in by the intervention agencies COMMUNITIES, during recent months, this date should be brought forward to 31 July 1976 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas provision should be made for the fairer Economic Community, apportionment of the meat concerned where the quan tities available are limited, thus avoiding discouraging Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No. prospective purchasers who are unable to submit their 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization applications in time ; of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 568/76 (2), and in particular Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Article 7 (3) thereof, are in., accordance with the opinion of the Manage ment .Committee for Beef and Veal , Whereas certain selling prices for beef held by the intervention agencies were fixed by Commission Regu lation (EEC) No 2036/74 of 31 July 1974 fixing prices for the sale at reduced prices to certain institutions HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : and bodies of a social character of hindquarters of adult bovine animals held by the intervention agen cies (3), Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2073/74 of Article 1 5 August 1974 concerning the sale at prices fixed in advance at a standard rate of beef and veal held by 1 . The Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 2036/74 is intervention agencies (4), and Commission Regulation hereby replaced by Annex I to this Regulation . (EEC) No 2320/74 of 10 September 1974 on the sale at prices fixed at a standard rate in advance of beef 2. The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2073 /74 is and veal held by the intervention agencies and hereby replaced by Annex II to this Regulation . intended for export (5), all as last amended by Regula tion (EEC) No 2576/76 (6) ; 3 . The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2320/74 is hereby replaced by Annex III to this Regulation .
