REGULATION (EEC) No 959/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 March 1975 adding new products to Column 2 of the list contained in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1439/74 on common rules for imports

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Article 1 European Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No The products listed in the Annex to Council 1439/74 (x ) of 4 June 1974 on common rules for Regulation (EEC) No 958/75 are hereby added to imports, and in particular Article 2 thereof; Column 2 - of the list contained in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1439/74. Having regard to the proposal from the Commission; Whereas by Regulation (EEC) No 958/75 (2), the Council decided to extend to other products the Article 2 Annex to Council Regulation (EEC) No 109/70 (3) of 19 December 1969 establishing common rules for This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of imports from state-trading countries ; its publication in the Official Journal of the Whereas the products to which this extension applies European Communities. should be added to Column 2 of the list contained in Annex I to Regulation ( EEC) No 1439/74, It shall be applicable from 27 March 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
